April 27, 28, 29, 2007, Tucson, AZ -- Fun at the Coatimondi Last Chance Cat Show -- the culmination of the 2006-2007 show year! A.J. and myself showed not 3, not 5 but (count 'em) 6 cats and kittens! My feet ached for at least a week from running from one end of the concrete show floor to the other.
Sehnsational kittens and cats were very successful in this year's show. None of the kittens I personally brought to the show had ever been in a cat show before, and for the most part they were real troopers. Not one managed to squeeze through the bars of a cage in the judging ring, and all tolerated being handled, even those on the shyer side at home.
We are proud to announce these winners--
Household Pet Kitten
Gizmo of SEHNSATIONAL, a black and white van with a wonderful tail kink -- the gizmo's lever -- who won 2490 points and who will win a ribbon as 11th best HHK in the Southwest region.
Cat lovers might just note that Gizmo shows a remarkable resemblance to an Oriental Shorthair...probably because of his parents, TASSAM Kit Karson X SEHNSATIONAL Serenade.

Another wonderful kitten from the breeding of TASSAM Kit Karson and SEHNSATIONAL Serenade. This breeding gave us Gizmo, Solanna and Sehnsational Kiet Carson, now owned by Lynda Gyggy and showing as an adult in the SW Region (2007-2008)

SEHNSATIONAL Solanna won 1385 points in her only kitten competition before going on to her new pet home here in Tucson. We were very proud of this gorgeous little girl, and pleased to find such a good home for her.

December 1, 2, 3, 2006 -- Thanks to the help of my young neighbor A.J., I showed four (yes, 4!!!) Balinese kittens and one Bengal boy at the recent Coatmondi show in Tucson.
This is A.J. with his very first Bengal, which he co-owns with me: SEHNSATIONAL BBKing (CHEETAHSDEN'S Chainlink X SEHNSATIONAL Summer Storm.)
We were both flabbergasted at the number of ribbons this little boy won at his first cat show, and only 5 months old! What a fabulous personality he had when taken to the show ring!

...A.J. with SEHNSATIONAL Beatrice (TASSAM Kobi X SEHNSATIONAL Leonora). Bea was a kitten for 2 days of the show, and an 8 month old cat for the 3rd day. She is reserved for the SEHNSATIONAL Balinese breeding program.
...A.J. with SEHNSATIONAL Kama (TASSAM Kobi X TASSAM Violetta), the next wonderful show cat out of the TASSAM lines. He will be going to Ken Kershaw in San Jose, who will be showing him as an adult for the remainder of the TICA show year.
...A.J. showing off SEHNSATIONAL Azucaro (TASSAM Kobi X TASSAM Violetta). Azucar is "sugar" in Spanish, and Azucaro is so sweet, a wonderful little boy who looks just like his mother Violetta. Azucaro is now living in upstate New York.
...SEHNSATIONAL Sunee (TASSAM Kobi X TASSAM Violetta), somewhat anxiously showing off in A.J.'s capable hands. Sunee ("Good Thing" in Thai) had never been to a cat show before but settled down before the weekend was over, getting Best of Breed from Linda Kay Ashley. Sunee is available as a pet for $660 plus vetting, spaying, and shipping.
